Who can use this route

The applicant must fit a specialist ground recognized by the Migration Code and document the professional basis relied on.
Highly skilled migrants using the work-permit exemption must actually work in their field of specialization.
Certain invited specialist categories defined under Article 64 are also exempt from an ordinary work permit.
The temporary residence application still requires the normal identity, qualifying-ground, accommodation and other supporting documents.
