1. Operator and acceptance
ReloTide is powered and operated by Codenix Labs OÜ, registry code 17357290, Tallinn, Estonia. In these Terms, “ReloTide”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the ReloTide service operated by Codenix Labs OÜ.
By accessing or using ReloTide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms may apply to future paid services, professional engagements, accounts, case-management features, or other products and will be presented when relevant.
2. What ReloTide provides
ReloTide is a content-first immigration research and discovery platform. It may provide country hubs, visa and residence-route pages, guides, search, comparisons, eligibility-oriented questionnaires, editorial updates, and channels for requesting professional assistance.
The public information service is designed to help users discover issues to research and understand available pathways. It is not an official government service and does not make immigration decisions.
3. No legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice
Unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise, content and tools on ReloTide are general informational and research materials. They are not individualized legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
Using the website, completing an informational questionnaire, sending an enquiry, or receiving general information from ReloTide does not create a lawyer-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Codenix Labs OÜ.
4. No government affiliation
ReloTide is independent. It is not an immigration authority, embassy, consulate, ministry, border authority, or other government body, and it is not endorsed by a government merely because it links to official sources.
5. Accuracy, currency, and official sources
Immigration rules can change through legislation, regulations, policy instructions, administrative practice, court decisions, forms, fees, appointment systems, or the interpretation of responsible authorities. We work to research and maintain content carefully, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free, or current at the moment you read it.
Dates such as “last updated” and “last verified” indicate editorial activity; they do not guarantee that no authority has changed a rule since that date. Before making an application, paying a fee, travelling, relocating, resigning from employment, entering a lease, making an investment, or taking another material step, verify the relevant requirement with the responsible official authority and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the decisions you make based on information found through ReloTide and for providing accurate information in any enquiry. You must not treat an informational result, comparison, checklist, estimated timeline, or eligibility-oriented tool as approval, pre-approval, or confirmation from an immigration authority.
You are also responsible for protecting sensitive personal information. Do not send passport scans, identity documents, criminal records, medical records, bank statements, or other highly sensitive immigration documents through ordinary email unless we have specifically provided an appropriate secure submission method.
7. Professional assistance and third-party professionals
ReloTide may allow users to request professional assistance and may, where appropriate, facilitate contact with independent lawyers, immigration professionals, tax advisers, accountants, consultants, or other service providers. Individual professional profiles are not part of the current public Phase 1 experience.
An introduction, referral, or assistance request does not guarantee that a professional will accept a matter or that any application will succeed. If you engage an independent professional, the scope of work, professional duties, fees, conflicts checks, confidentiality, and other engagement terms are governed by the separate agreement between you and that professional or service provider. Codenix Labs OÜ does not become your lawyer merely by operating ReloTide.
8. Eligibility, comparison, and automated tools
Any eligibility checker, comparison, ranking, matching, recommendation, or automated output is informational. Such tools necessarily simplify legal and factual questions and may not account for all nationality, residence, family, employment, tax, compliance, admissibility, document, timing, or discretionary factors relevant to a real application.
No tool output is a government decision, legal opinion, or guarantee of eligibility or approval.
9. Permitted use
You may use ReloTide for lawful personal, professional, educational, and internal business research. You may quote reasonable excerpts of our original editorial material where permitted by law, provided you do not misrepresent the source or context and, where practical, provide attribution and a link to the relevant ReloTide page.
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, administrative interfaces, or non-public functionality;
- interfere with site security, availability, rate limits, or technical protections;
- upload or transmit malware or malicious code;
- misrepresent ReloTide content as government-issued, officially approved, or individualized professional advice; or
- systematically extract or republish substantial portions of the service in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights, circumvents technical controls, degrades the service, or creates a misleading substitute dataset.
Normal search-engine crawling that respects our technical directives and lawful indexing practices is permitted.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the ReloTide brand, site design, software, original editorial text, data organization, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Codenix Labs OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Government documents, legislation, official forms, third-party marks, and third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. Linking to or citing them does not transfer ownership to ReloTide.
11. Third-party links and services
ReloTide may link to government portals, embassies, consulates, legislation databases, payment services, booking systems, professionals, or other external services. We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices.
A link is provided for research or convenience and does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for the third party.
12. Service availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, or product changes may affect access.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codenix Labs OÜ does not give warranties that ReloTide will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular immigration outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codenix Labs OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from reliance on general editorial information, third-party services, or decisions made without appropriate official verification or professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use ReloTide or contact us.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, risk controls, or business model. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. If a change materially affects an existing paid or contracted service, any additional notice required by law or the relevant agreement will apply.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to consumers under the law of their country of residence. Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the competent courts of Estonia.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us so that we can try to understand and resolve the issue.
17. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
