Immigration rules can change
Immigration law and administrative practice are time-sensitive. Nothing on ReloTide guarantees that a person is eligible for a visa, residence permit, work authorization, permanent residence, citizenship, tax treatment, or any other status or benefit. Immigration authorities retain their own decision-making powers, and many routes involve factual assessment, discretion, security checks, document verification, or case-specific requirements.
Any eligibility score, match, comparison, ranking, recommendation, checklist, or automated output is an informational aid only. It is not pre-approval, legal clearance, or an official decision.
Fees, thresholds, and processing times
Government fees, salary or income thresholds, investment figures, exchange-rate-dependent amounts, appointment availability, and processing times may change. Processing-time figures, where published, may be estimates or historical ranges rather than deadlines. Unless a page clearly identifies an official guarantee, do not treat a stated timeline as a promise that your case will be decided by a particular date.
Tax, social security, and residence consequences
Immigration permission and tax residence are separate legal questions. A visa or residence permit does not by itself determine your complete tax, social-security, corporate, employment, or permanent-establishment position. Seek appropriately qualified advice for material cross-border tax or business decisions.

ReloTide may allow users to request assistance or may facilitate contact with independent qualified professionals.
